DELIVERY POLICY

All UK mainland addresses are delivered free of charge.
In store stock items are usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days, Monday to Friday.
UK stock items are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days, Monday to Friday.
European stock items are usually delivered within within 10 - 15 working days Monday to Friday
Delivery times on out of stock items vary from supplier to supplier, dates are given by request in good faith, but please be aware these dates are subject to change.
Although we do carry extensive stocks not all products are in stock at all times, if you require a quick delivery date please contact us to check stock positions prior to ordering.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when your goods are delivered, our couriers may attempt to leave with a neighbour, unless you specifically request otherwise.
If our couriers do not get a reply, they will leave a card with contact details to arrange to call back.
You can rearrange delivery by contacting the courier.

Delivery to another address

We can deliver to an address other than the billing address if this is more convenient.
In some instances the first order must be delivered to the billing address given, we would confirm this after the order has been place.

Christmas and New Year Deliveries 

Please be aware that we try to keep in stock as many products as possible, however, some of our products are stored with the manufactures. The manufactures are closed from 22nd December 2016 until 3rd January 2017. If you place an order between this time, it may not be processed until 3rd January 2017.
