Returns Policy
For Online purchases only
 
The consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended 2005)

 
By purchasing over the internet you are entering in to a Distance Sale.
As you have entered into this, as well as your usual statutory rights as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel your order up to seven days after your product has been delivered to you.
Any floorings that have been made to your specific design and that has been cut to your specifications, does NOT apply.
You are under a duty of care to take care of your product until the end of the seven day period.
This means that all wrapping and protective coverings must be kept.
We recommend that you check the products thoroughly once you have received them, to ensure they are the goods that you ordered.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the products; you can do this by sending via a courier service or service that can offer you a ‘proof of postage’ or/and a ‘tracking number’.
The goods will remain your responsibility until we have received and inspected the item/s for refund.
Please ensure you put any order numbers on the outside and inside packaging to ensure your refund gets processed as quickly as possible for you. For any enquires please email sales@kingfishercarpets.com

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may return any goods purchased from us for a full refund of the original purchase price, so long as you inform us within 7 working days of the day your order is delivered.
We request that the goods are then returned within 14 working days.
You are responsible for arranging the return and the return costs.
Provided the goods is returned unused in the same condition as it was sent we will issue you with a full refund on your purchase.
If the goods are returned to us used, dirty or damaged no refund will be issued.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to return any goods.
We request that goods are then returned within 14 working days.

We will confirm your return and make a refund to you on receipt of the goods.
You can also return the goods to our store in person for an immediate refund.


When returning goods, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY ARE SECURELY WRAPPED IN ORIGINAL DELIVERY PACKAGING OR SIMILAR WATERPROOF PLASTIC (do not use thin plastic wrapping such as bin liners). 
No refund will be issued if goods are badly wrapped and are soiled or damaged when in transit.
Once the goods are returned as above we will refund the debit, credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase, we will process all refunds within 24 hours.
The time taken for a card refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Should any goods go missing in transit when being returned we are unable to reimburse you.
Please ensure that you use a return courier which allows you to obtain proof of delivery to ourselves and ensure you are covered for the value of the goods should they be lost or damaged.


During the photography process we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each item we sell.
However circumstances outside of our control such as computer monitor settings can sometimes affect how colours are displayed on your screen.

Colours are subjective and the interpretation of colours can vary from person to person.
If you are unsatisfied with the colour of any product you receive for any reason you may return it for a full refund under our normal 7 day returns policy.

We are unable to accept responsibility or cover the return carriage costs should there be a variation in colour within our images or descriptions.
